It can be removed easily when the mascara is dry.
5. If the brush that comes with the mascara has excessive mascara on it, use an eyebrow brush. Put some of the excess mascara on it and the apply it. This will ensure that the mascara won’t be caked on. And the brush can be used to brush eyebrows and eyelashes.
